The management of Intermatica constantly strives to develop, implement and continuously improve the effectiveness of the integrated management system applied. What has contributed significantly to the success of Intermatica has been the identification in precise values:

    • Intermatica has drawn up a document containing the Integrated Policy for the management of aspects related to Quality, Environment, Security and Security of information in line with the context of the strategic risks of its organization and in compliance with legal requirements, in force and binding contractual rules.

    The primary objectives set by the Management at all levels are:

  • create value, sustainability and safety through the integration of professionalism, competence, knowledge, involvement and innovation;
  • ensure and preserve the satisfaction of all stakeholders (customers, staff, suppliers, community);
  • aim at the continuity of the business and services offered.

    • The Management undertakes to verify periodically that this Policy is consistent with the evolution of the organization and to make the document available to all interested parties.

    Gender Equality Policy

    Intermatica S.p.A. has adopted a Management System for Gender Equality compliant with the UNI 125:2022 Reference Practice. Intermatica is made up of people, which is why it recognizes their value and differences and ensures the same professional growth opportunities for all people in the company. We believe in the culture of gender equality by promoting and encouraging company policies that favor equal opportunities. We pursue business objectives in absolute compliance with the universal principles of Social Responsibility, taking into account the interdependence between economic objectives and sustainability objectives.
