The Authority for Guarantees in Communications has established, with the new resolution 154/12/CONS, specific provisions relating to the quality and charters of mobile and personal communications services to be respected by undertakings providing electronic communications services, including to ensure that end-users have access to complete, comparable and user-friendly information.
The Authority for Guarantees in Communications has established, by Resolution 79/09/CSP, the principles and rules that operators comply in the provision of telephone contact services, in order to ensure an adequate level of quality of the services provided.
The conciliation procedure governed by the Regulation for the resolution of disputes between users and operators of electronic communications (Resolution No. 203/18/CONS) takes place entirely electronically. It is activated in the event of non-compliance with the provisions relating to universal service and the rights of end users established by the laws, the deliberations of the Authority, contractual conditions and service cards. The user who intends to submit a request to Co.re.com must access the Conciliaweb platform by creating an account or by using their SPID (Public Digital Identity System) credentials.
